When exchanging an item you will get free shipping on the replacement order. Please make all Returns/Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and before they are worn, washed, soiled or customized. Leave the tags on! Shoes can be returned if they have only been on carpet and show no signs of wear.
