Oh no! We want you to love your purchase. Please stop by or give us a call right away so we can understand the issue and start the return process. When exchanging an item you will get free shipping on the replacement order. Please make all Returns/Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and before they are worn, washed, soiled or customized. Leave the tags on! Shoes can be returned if they have only been on carpet and show no signs of wear.
